While connectivity remains central to its proposition, TTB is also expanding its capability to support customers with both managed and unmanaged services, providing greater flexibility as organisations&#8217; needs evolve.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bq2\"><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> Talk Talk Business was sold to the group&#8217;s own shareholders for \u00a395m in Oct 2023 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/2023\/10\/isp-talktalk-sells-uk-business-division-to-its-own-shareholders.html\">here<\/a>).<\/div>\n<p>The move follows other changes that have taken place at TTB over the past couple of years, such as the adoption of a new operating model, investment in a modern CRM platform, and the appointment of a strengthened leadership team. The company now claims to have &#8220;<em>firmly established itself as a standalone, independent entity<\/em>,&#8221; despite still carrying a familiar name.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"bq1\"><p><strong>Ruth Kennedy, CEO at TTB, said:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur demerger gave us the opportunity to step back and reimagine what we wanted to stand for in the market.
