Customers of broadband ISP Squirrel Internet<\/a>, specifically those covered by MS3<\/a>’s full fibre network in the Hull and Northern Lincolnshire areas of England, may like to know that the provider has just launched a new offer on its 2.3Gbps broadband service and introduced two new premium Service Level options.<\/p>\n

For a limited time, new customers can sign up to Squirrel’s fastest 2.3Gbps residential broadband package for just \u00a315 per month for the first three months, followed by \u00a330 per month for the remainder of a 24-month contract.<\/p>\n

NOTE:<\/strong> MS3<\/a> is backed by \u00a3100m from investors like Asterion<\/strong> and supported by ISPs such as TalkTalk<\/a>, Open Fibre, Squirrel Internet, MTH Networks, Home Telecom etc. The operator’s network currently covers 238,806 UK premises and is home to 22,184 customers (here<\/a>).<\/div>\n

Alongside the new broadband offer, Squirrel are also introducing two optional premium Service Levels, giving customers greater confidence should a fault occur.<\/p>\n

Enhanced SLA \u2013 \u00a33 per month<\/strong>, with a target of same working day fault resolution for faults reported before 12 noon.<\/p>\n

Ultimate SLA \u2013 \u00a38 per month<\/strong>, with a target of same day fault resolution, seven days a week, plus extended technical telephone support from 7:00am to 10:00pm, seven days a week, for total loss of service faults.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The new offers are available immediately to eligible new and existing customers served by the MS3<\/a> full-fibre network.<\/p>\n
