{"id":47729,"date":"2026-08-17T09:22:18","date_gmt":"2026-08-17T08:22:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/?p=47729"},"modified":"2026-08-17T09:22:18","modified_gmt":"2026-08-17T08:22:18","slug":"managed-broadband-isp-ask4-completes-170-million-refinancing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/2026\/08\/managed-broadband-isp-ask4-completes-170-million-refinancing.html","title":{"rendered":"Managed Broadband ISP ASK4 Completes \u00a3170 Million Refinancing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Managed ISP <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ask4.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ASK4<\/a>, which is headquartered in the UK and delivers gigabit-capable broadband to students and residents (renters) in multi-tenant buildings across the UK (as well as parts of Europe), has announced the completion of a \u00a3170 million refinancing project with new capital expenditure facility to help &#8220;<em>accelerate growth<\/em>&#8220;.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The transaction, which is said to be backed by a syndicate of leading lenders who recognise that in-building connectivity is &#8220;critical digital infrastructure&#8221;, covers existing debt facilities on improved terms and provides a new capital expenditure facility to support continued expansion across the UK and Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The deal reduces <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/link\/ask4\" target=\"_blank\">ASK4<\/a>\u2019s interest costs and strengthens free cash flow, while the new capex facility will also be used to continue improving services for the residents and building operators <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/link\/ask4\" target=\"_blank\">ASK4<\/a> serves, as well as on expansion.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"bq1\"><p><strong>Andrew Dutton, CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/link\/ask4\" target=\"_blank\">ASK4<\/a>, said:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis refinancing is a significant step for ASK4. Securing infrastructure-grade financing of this scale, and on these terms, is a strong endorsement of our strategy and the quality of what we\u2019ve built.
