Take note that the UK-based technology group has operations across both the UK and Southeast Asia, spanning telecommunications, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity and financial technology.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bq2\"><strong>PICTURED &#8211; TOP:<\/strong> Dotlines CEO Jaki-Chowdhury.<\/div>\n<blockquote style=\"line-height: 30px;\"><p><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Dotlines UK Financial Summary<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n\u2022 Revenue of \u00a39.2m (H1 2025: \u00a310.2m)<br \/>\n\u2022 Gross margin of 13.3% (H1 2025: 14.9%)<br \/>\n\u2022 Adj.(1) EBITDA of \u00a31.0m (H1 2025: \u00a31.4m)<br \/>\n\u2022 Adj.(1) profit before tax of \u00a30.5m (H1 2025: \u00a30.7m)<br \/>\n\u2022 Cash and cash equivalents at 30 June 2026 of \u00a360k (31 December 2025: \u00a350k)<br \/>\n\u2022 Subsequent to period end, c. \u00a31.6m of additional debt funding secured<\/p>\n<p><em>1 Adjusted to exclude one-off expenses in H1 2026 related to reverse acquisition (see note 3) and admission to AIM<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Operational Highlights<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Telecom products and services<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Neatley Limited<\/strong> \u2013 a UK internet service provider (\u201cISP\u201d), commenced commercial use of the Group\u2019s Catena platform during the period<\/li>\n<li><strong>Olilo UK &amp; Ireland Limited<\/strong> \u2013 partnership established with this UK-based ISP, comprising:\n<ul>\n<li>The offer of the Group\u2019s Audra Safe router and cybersecurity solution to Olilo\u2019s consumer broadband customers<\/li>\n<li>A five-year contract, signed post period, for the Group\u2019s Catena operations support system and business support system software platform, with an estimated minimum contract value of \u00a31.1m and commercial launch expected in Q4 2026, becoming the fourth ISP customer to be secured for Catena<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/carnival-internet\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Carnival Internet<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 post period, expansion of customer base for the Group\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ispreview.co.uk\/index.php\/go\/carnival-internet\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Carnival Internet<\/a> broadband service through signing of an asset purchase agreement [note: this only added 277 customers]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Despite the headline figures above, it&#8217;s worth noting that the company also recognised a <strong>loss before tax<\/strong> of \u00a33.1m for H1 2026 compared with a profit before tax of \u00a30.7m for the first half of the prior year, which is said to be principally reflecting a reverse acquisition accounting charge and one-off admission expenses (e.g. joining AIM), together with lower revenue during the period.<\/p>\n<p>However, on an adjusted basis, to exclude the expenses associated with the reverse acquisition and admission to AIM, the Group generated a profit before tax of \u00a30.5m for the first half of 2026. In addition, adjusted EBITDA was \u00a31.0m (H1 2025: \u00a31.4m).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"bq1\"><p><strong>Mahbubul Matin, Executive Chairman of Dotlines, said:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cH1 2026 was a transformational period for Dotlines, culminating in our admission to AIM in May and bringing our digital services, telecommunications and cybersecurity businesses together within a single group.<\/p>\n<p>While first-half revenue was impacted by macroeconomic factors, including lower Sohoj activity ahead of the Malaysian state elections and adverse currency movements, the underlying business remained profitable on an adjusted basis. Importantly, trading has strengthened significantly since the period end and we expect a materially stronger second half, supporting year-on-year revenue growth for 2026.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeing strong commercial momentum across the Group. In the UK, Catena has secured its fourth ISP customer with a five-year agreement with Olilo with an estimated minimum value of \u00a31.1m, while Neatley is now commercially live and we are progressing discussions with further prospective ISP customers.
