BTOpenreach, which manages BT<\/a>’s national telecoms network in the United Kingdom, has today tweaked the price of its unbundled (LLU<\/a> MPF \/ SMPF) and Wholesale Line Rental products for phone and broadband providers. This follows the conclusion of appeals against Ofcom<\/a>’s 2012 LLU<\/a>\/WLR charge control.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

It’s important to stress that the adjustments, which are only very small and broadly amount to a few pence up or down (i.e. nothing that would be enough to change your bill), are separate from Ofcom<\/a>’s on-going Fixed Access Market Review<\/strong> process that is also investigating a more noticeable adjustment in line rental costs (here<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The changes are effective from today.<\/p>\n
