But 4G uptake could struggle.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The report highlights a 65% growth in mobile data traffic between Q1 2013 and Q1 2014, with the rising number of Smartphone subscriptions (1.9 Billion in 2013 and reaching 5.9 Billion in 2019) playing a crucial role. Similarly the mobile traffic per active subscription figure in 2013 was 650MB (MegaBytes) per month, which will reach 2.5GB (GigaBytes) come 2019.
