UK ISP Wyre Forest Computer Solutions has added Valve's Steam v1.6 support to its Pulse Gaming multiplayer service. Avid multiplayer fans will already know what Steam is and its relevance to Half-Life and Half-Life 2:
Pulse Goes Steam Powered!
Pulse Gaming are one of the first Service Providers to announce services and support for those running the new Steam 1.6 technology.
Steam is Valve's way of getting games into your hands ASAP, games which are automatically kept up-to-date with the latest content and versions, also including an instant messaging system which works in-game. (for more information see www.steampowered.com)
Service details are yet to be released but gamers looking to test and play on the system can use one of the public servers, if they can get on!
