Highly recommend them, we live in an area that could not get fibre, until Alncom arrived, very professional from the start and very helpful since installation. After a few teething problems, which were quickly rectified after a couple of emails that were answered very promptly, even out of office hours, I now have very fast fibre at a very decent price when compared to big name competitors, who can still only offer a best speed of up to 10mbps. Alncom are the best at what they do in my opinion and I’ll never look back now, thanks guys.

I've gone from no help with BT and less than 2Mbs to 50Mbs, that's been massive for both me and my family, I can now work from home, and my daughter doesn't need to go to Grandma's to submit homework! Finally after so many year of trying with all of the big internet suppliers I have internet access that actually work. I live just a couple of miles outside of Corbridge in Northumberland but no internet provider could manage to connect me. My neighbour recommended Alncom. So I contacted them and with the help of a government grant that covered the whole of the installation, Alncom sent 3 lovely lads to install the system. After a couple of changes to settings my internet was up and running. The lads were great they were in and out in no time and answered all of my daft questions and even set up my i pad and computer for me. I would recommend Alncom to everyone and have done. If you live in a black hole like I do this system is easily installed, reliable and very competitively priced. I've had Sky TV for years and only now been able to access the Box sets and catch up TV and so many other things my previous dongle type internet couldn't cope with. I had no idea so much was available. With the current lock down due to the Covid 19 outbreak all of these extras now available to me have been a godsend. I would advise anyone with poor internet connections to give Alncom a try.
