Title: Glad we've found them!
I'm so glad we found Boundless Networks. They were able to supply us with 100mb/s internet where ALL the other main suppliers could only supply 1mb/s.
The service has been outstanding and every time I contacted the company they were prompt and polite.

When Boundless arrived in West Witton I was the first to be connected for phone and Broadband. Went through speed packages and now on 50 which I get and I get 20 up.. The odd fault but, with one exception and Mr Hood got that fixed) tech support know what they are doing. Always friendly and helpful. My package competitive with FTTP in speed and cost. Having to leave as moving house and will nee Open wretch to manage my connexion. At least I can see the fibre cabinet from the house.
Why BT has never adopted microwave for the last mile is a mystery to me. Long may Boundless continue and I hope the house's new owner will be as happy as I've been

Title: Unreliable
Connection constantly spiking to over 400 ping when any load is placed on the line.
Browsing the internet is an episode in frustration, VOIP is not possible, Video calls are not possible, streaming anything is impossible and forget about playing online games.
Not a reliable service in anyway.
