AVOID AVOID AVOID GIGABIT!! By far the worse service of any internet provider i have had - they promise me 900Mb but have capped my service i get close to 300-350 i only got the service 4 days ago and as a new customer this is by far my worse decision i have ever made. I have called daily and been promised it will be resolved still not resolved ! do not go with gigabit save yourself the headache please avoid them and go with a reputable provider not amateurs who dont have a clue what they are doing !! N package is cheap at offer of £29.99 for 1GB for 2 years - but thats because you never get any where near the 1GB.
**UPDATE *** Almost one month on from original service issue and its is still NOT resolved - false promises of call backs and resolutions and still not resolved !! by the way if your thinking of using their online portal - this does not work also their response is we know about the issue but no one seems to be able to fix the issue or do anything about it - trust me don't bother and sign up with someone else ...
