I'm surprised to see such poor reviews, I've been with giganet for just over a year on openreach network and it has been faultless.

520down 68up, which is fine for an openreach pppoe connection on a 500 package.

Connected to Giganet via Cityfibre in November 2022. Since then, have had a minimum of 1 daytime outage per month and several periods with excessive packet loss (allegedly solved by a move to 'new' network). Support is variable as with most ISPs and I have had mixed experiences. I've given them 6 months to sort issues and impress me, which they have failed to do. I will be looking to move once Cityfibres migration process is more robust!

I signed up with Giganet following reading the favourable reviews and from a recommendation from another provider that does not currently connect to my area. What a disaster. I placed my order on 3 April for superfast broadband. It is now 24 May and I still have no service. They don't answer their support contact telephone line and when you do get through you just get told that someone will look into it and get back to you. No one does. Neither do they reply to emails other than to say that there is a technical problem but they have changed their service support and can't advise when [OR IF] they will fix it. No one provides any information. A Case Reference was created on 11 May and I chased for information on 15/3. Heard nothing since. I cancelled my subscription on 23 May. No response. Avoid at all costs.

Switched to Giganet August 2022, as City Fibre had installed FTTP in 2022. Left Virgin Media after almost 20 years.. Saved about £30 per month after switching. Sure I could have got a discount, but had enough of the large increases in the bills each year. Did have M350 down with a Superhub 3 that always seem hot to touch.
The speed with Giganet is 900 up & down. It came with a WiFi6 router. The router is barely warm when in use. Service from Giganet has been great. The home phone uses VOIP same as Virgin but considerably cheaper to use.
Sales and support are very helpful.
Full Fibre 900 is £40 a month
Home phone is £4.90 per month. The call package allows 500 minutes free to a landline plus 500 minutes free to a mobile calls as well. You will have to pay an additional amount should exceed the allowance.
Would I recommend Giganet, I definitely would.
