I don't usually write reviews, but I've been so fed up with this company and have had such bad service that this is the only way to get to them.
I have used several broadband companies such as BT, Sky, Virgin media and TalkTalk but none comes close to being as bad as this small company. I'm in a hospital accommodation with poor mobile signal so I'm restricted to using the WiFi here, and my God is it an absolute pain to get any work done.
Do you rely on zoom calls for work? Forget about it. The WiFi constantly drops and you get a "poor connection" warning every 3 minutes.
Do you use a laptop and use it in different parts of your room? Fat chance you'll get any work done. If you even move 30cm away from one area of the room, the WiFi cuts off immediately and you have to move back (literally 30cm) to re-establish connection.
I've tried phoning their line, which is supposedly 24/7 - the first time I eventually got through, the man hung up after explaining what was going on. The second time, I couldn't get through and any attempt after that was wishful thinking.
I emailed them a while ago, both directly using their official email AND the form on the website but still haven't received a response... how can they expect to provide any service or rectify any issues?
