Title: Excellent service for years
I was introduced to Andrews & Arnold by friends 15 years ago and switched to them because of their support for people wanting to do more technical things. Fixed IPv4 and IPv6 addresses came as part of the service and if you want them to run a backup DNS server for you, for example, it's easy to set up.
Support is really smart and responsive.
Cost is not the cheapest but good value because they do more than the cheap suppliers. My bill didn't increase from 2015 to 2026. There was a small increase on the switch to FTTP but that's more than offset by cancelling my old landline supplier.
