Title: Great ISP
Been with Trunk, now no-one, for about 4 Years. The service has been almost excellent. I say almost because I had some speed issues early on which did take a while to sort, they did offer suggestions to help but I believe it took an update from Openreach to fix. They didn't know when Openreach had an outage recently which I would have expected them to know about.
They did contact me a couple of Years ago to offer a price reduction which I thought was excellent.
Replies to messages have been pretty quick and comprehensive.
I am moving away to another (cheaper) provider but will likely move back when Trunk/No-one get the new higher OR speeds
