We had a reasonable relationship, as 5 years would suggest. However, the breakdown of our \"marriage\" was when they kept putting off the upgrade to \"up to 8MB\" and gave it to new customers and not existing \"loyal\" customers, they were not prepared to help us with this, so we voted with our feet and moved elsewhere.

The service they provided us for 5 years was pretty good all told, no big problems. The support deteriorated over time, and in the end was awful to be very honest - they invented the \"self help\" portal - but forgot we still like to speak to a human being

Shame!
