I signed up since 30/09/2017 and today is 05/11/2017 and I still don't have broadband.
Please go to Plusnet customer forum at "https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Order/bd-p/MyOrders" (without the quotes) and read customers experiences to know what your own experience would be before you sign up with them. Be warned and be ware!
