I signed up with Giganet following reading the favourable reviews and from a recommendation from another provider that does not currently connect to my area. What a disaster. I placed my order on 3 April for superfast broadband. It is now 24 May and I still have no service. They don't answer their support contact telephone line and when you do get through you just get told that someone will look into it and get back to you. No one does. Neither do they reply to emails other than to say that there is a technical problem but they have changed their service support and can't advise when [OR IF] they will fix it. No one provides any information. A Case Reference was created on 11 May and I chased for information on 15/3. Heard nothing since. I cancelled my subscription on 23 May. No response. Avoid at all costs.
