Connected to Giganet via Cityfibre in November 2022. Since then, have had a minimum of 1 daytime outage per month and several periods with excessive packet loss (allegedly solved by a move to 'new' network). Support is variable as with most ISPs and I have had mixed experiences. I've given them 6 months to sort issues and impress me, which they have failed to do. I will be looking to move once Cityfibres migration process is more robust!
