A new study has revealed that broadband ISP customers in the UK pay less for heating their homes (an average of GBP1,010 per year) via online packages than those who have no internet access at all and merely take a standard tariff (GBP1,239).

The results from 491 respondents to ISPreview.co.uk's latest monthly survey has found that 45 Percent of UK consumers are unhappy with their current Internet Service Provider (ISP), with almost a third (31.3 Percent) seeking to change provider this year.
