AFAIK MaMIMO doesn't deliver greater speeds (to a single device) rather it delivers more capacity across more connected devices. In that, with more devices connected to a given antenna the total combined throughput achieved could/should be higher versus a non-MaMIMO antenna.
However it could be argued that, through beam-forming capability of MaMIMO, the speed achieved by a single device in a given location might be higher than what was possible from a non-beam-forming antenna.
