New Three 5G mast

Hi we've had a new mast put up in DY2 0SL for some time now, and the ATU(?) has been installed but it hasn't gone live yet, I was wondering if there is any way to find out when it will?

For reference the 3/EE mast local to me has been built almost 12 months now and still not live.
Fibre and 5g antennas were installed mid summer time but it’s still sat dormant.
There’s another one about a 2 miles from me that went up sept/Oct 2020 and also isn’t live.
I was told by a three rep that they wait for a cluster of masts to get built before they go live - there’s a much younger unfinished one about the same distance away as the older one so I guess the wait is for that one to get completed before the go ahead but honestly no one knows and 3/EE aren’t telling

Possibly see some live action after this nearby one has been completed... (pole install/rigging/testing)

For subscribers - the only way is when it will be seen in service with UE.
It may be on air in barring mode for a short time for testing.
The way that to be sure - a spectrum scanner or direct access to the base station.
The existing masts not live may stay for quite long period before commercial launch.

I've had two monopoles go up within a mile of me in Cardiff, one only 100m away and they have everything connected so god knows when 3 will pull out their finger and switch them on. Fibre was blown to them 5 months ago and power lines laid down 4 months ago.

Im not going to hold my breath 😂 the amount of times something has been “going on” and nothing seems to happen, well I think I’ve lost count

My monopole was installed mid Aug and went live 10th November, so they don't ALL take months and months!!

We had a planning application approved at the end of October and earlier this week it was providing a 5G signal for Three. Throughput around 300Mbps, poor upload of less than 10Mbps though,

a bit disappointing, but this mast is 1700m away, there is one due to be installed much closer though ( about 80m away), but haven't got a date for that one

And Now 5G has gone all together it’s logged onto a different must as well so I’m guessing they’re just testing it
