been passed from one call centre to another, they aeach have distinctive accents
TalkTalk admitted that since the start of my contract they have been incorrectly charging for a service not requested for, advised or confirmed
Advised by email (non reply) that I am due for compensation, but only in part for this 2015 period
Verbally advised that for a period in 2014 that I will be compensated
Seeking senior manager approval before credit to my account
Denied making any offer of compensation
Refused to provide a copy of my agreement
Refused to provide copy of these alledged "will record all calls"
Disconnected my internet access without discussion and then screwed up the reconnection giving a denial of service for a period exceeding 48 hours
Refuse to respond to emails on the only email access given
Refuse to email any promise
Constant contact by thrid parties who willingly provide me with my account, phone number and address who are alledgedly acting on behalf and with knowledge of TalkTalk, yes spam cold callers
I can continue
Numerous abusive, offensive and to me racial orientated calls from alledged TalkTalk 3rd parties
To summarise, Yes I will be leaving TalkTalk, will not recommend them even to my enemy
