Even if Zetnet isn't going out of business I don't want to be with an ISP who fails to inform subscribers about a change of email server and consequent delays and then sends them on a circular route via a phone number that doesn't get answered. I have emailed them via another email address and asked for MAC code, as the sooner I leave, the better. And that's after being with them for over ten years.
