1 Month Free Offer From Ezeedsl

Hi,

I queried with Ezeedsl the 1 month free offer and how it was going to be applied.

I've received a response from them this morning to say that we will receive the 13th month free!

Yes they are not likely to give you the first month free or you all could leave after paying 11months money instead of 12months money

Cheek!

So glad im leaving and getting away from Netservices etc etc.

Still had no reply to email after a week and a half!!!

Fast24 with a new logo really, I can deal with a few weeks on dial up, rather that than these mugs at Ezeedsl/netservices.

If the 13th month is free then you are not getting a free month as the contract is for 12 months. A new contract then starts. I was told on the phone today that the first month is free. You have a winner for mis-representation.

I'm gonna get back to EzeeDSL again about this. See what they've got to say for themselves this time!!!

Looking at their package options (from the migration link), it seems this only applies for those who pick the 'home' options. The office packages says nothing about a free month!

Also, be warned. The sign-up is not free to all packages. Depending on which package you choose, you have to pay between £15 and £25 admin fee. That's not free then in my book!

If they said free transfer then they shouldn't charge try talking to trading standards if you have screenshot of where it says free then you could get the admin charge back.
