1 way sattelite over a LAN?

is ther eany way for me to share a 1 way satellite connection over a network? like, including the upload connection? cos i was planning to use a 128k isdn connection along with satdrive to connect all 3 of my pcs. Is this possible? is there some way of tying the two connections together?

hi,

I've had some sucess with networking. I use proxyplus, AOL 7 and naviscope. firstly, tell naviscope to let other pc's use the connection, secondly uncheck the http proxy in proxyplus but leave all the others enabled, thirdly set up the IP's on the laptop - your local ip for the server, 81 for http, 4480 for https etc. Oh and get an anti-idle tool and with satdrive you get an always on broadband sever

You can now modify your system to allow http, ftp and socks without the need for any third party routing software. This is an early xmas present from the SatDrive team.

LAN will not be supported until version 6 in Jan '03. However you can now modify version 5.1 to provide access.
