128k ISDN from NDO

NDO

ISP Rep
Just to clarify and notify of a few changes -

Firstly - AnyTime128 is £19.99 (innc VAT, per month) for 128k ISDN and offers 250 hours, which go down faster if you connect at 128 as 2 channels are used.

Secondly - we have scrapped the 12 month contract requirement on our business Unmetered AnyTime which at £29.99 per month for 300 hours - plus an SLA and 5x POP3 mailboxes we feel exceptionally good value for money.

any queries about any of our products - please contact us.

Best wishes,
NDO

Hello

Yes thereis indeed a customer portal showing how much time you have used and a full payment/order history too - visit www.secure.ndo.com and login using either your account ID - starts A1xxxxxx or your usename you chose at signup.

It shows your complete Unmetered use up until about 4am on the day in question; we are expanding this to be realtime over the next few weeks.

I am glad you are impressed with the speed; apologies for the phone number issue we have recently made some changes to how our technical Support operates and are rejigging our support numbers - as we used to have 2.

0870 200 2230 (new number) works 9am to 7pm each day and is redirected at night...

0870 166 5555 (old number - and being phased out) work 24/7 pesently.

We should have the number problems sorted in the next couple of days.

Best wishes,
NDO Support

Now you have removed your 12 month contract on your business package, i am going to sign up with NDO to give it a try. Have sent contact details by email to your sales team.

Would really appreciate you getting back to me asap as my current isp account has run out today, so have no access except 0845 payg.

And i think some others might be tagging along from this current "ISP" i am with, some very unhappy customers there.

Thanks a lot

Jo

Yes, I may be "tagging along" as well! I've sent an email with a couple of queries to NDO, just waiting a reply.

I am a little dissapointed, i still have not recieved an email with my details on like most isp's do whe you first join. I wrote to support saying i can not sign in to my mail through outlook or the webmail, i got a reply back saying try now, but still no joy :(

Also where can i check my internet time usage etc, home users have an account management but for the business account there seems to be nothing?

One more thing, i like to play online gaming in the evenings, play matches in clans etc, pings are very bad, i know that has to do with mediaways being your telco, but it is unplayable, do you have a back up or alternative number?Otherwise this is no good to me, sorry.

Is there an isp out there that does not use this awful telco mediaways?i can't find one :(

Other than that the connection and bonding is top stuff.

Many thanx in advance

Jo

Jo,
Apologies that no one has got back to you from our Support desk could you please forward your email to chirag@ndo.com who is in charge of the support desk.

Normally when you sign up for a business package we send out in the post a summary sheet with all the information you need to setup your account for dial, web and mail access.

You can email / call Technical Support (0870 200 2230) or Customer services (0870 200 2210) team to find out how many hours you have used up.

I would also suggest that you change your DNS servers to 195.7.224.57 and 195.7.224.143 rather than using server assigned and see what type of response you get from this when you play your online games.

Kind Regards,
NDO

Thanks NDO for your response :)
I already changed to those DNS servers when i first signed up with you by going to your website and finding them.

I have had no mail in the post or email with my details as of yet.

I will fwd my email on the address you supplied.

Thanks
Jo
