186k/Mailbox server issues

Does anyone know of a real telephone number which works for 186k/Mailbox at weekends?

Some of their NT based web servers went down last night and it doesn't look as if they are going to get fixed at all. I've tried eMailing them and, strangely, all of my eMails are being returned as if they were spam messages.

I have tried calling their support line in the hope that I could leave a message but the recording was replaying at about a quarter of its normal speed.

Their status pages say that there's nothing wrong but, to be honest, I have never seen them ever say anything different.

Does anyone know what's going on up there in Leeds?

Hmm over the past few days I've had a couple of e-mail complaints about 186k, though this has mainly related to their broadband services, which may or may not have been migrated over to Tiscali. Nothing about their web servers.

During the start of this past week their NT web servers (I have a large ASP site hosted with them) were starting to become flaky.

It took DAYS of emails to their tech-support followed by a phone call from customer 'support' who came back with the classic line, "well, no-one else has reported an issue" which implied that they weren't interested in fixing it.

Anyway, some more eMails later and I did get a reply back saying that they had rebooted one of their servers but nothing seems to have improved in all honesty.

So we were limping along until yesterday afternoon when the servers seemed to take forever to respond or I was getting DNS issues and then they finally fell out of cyberspace into a smoking hole in the ether.

In the next month or so I can see me moving the whole lot elsewhere as I've really had enough of them. What does worry me is that when I do call at nine o'clock tomorrow morning I will get the usual astonished reply "Oh, we never realised that the server was down."

And it's not through want of me trying to get through to tell them.
