2 hour cut off

I'm thinking of joining this ISP. Do you always get cut off after 2 hours or is that only when they are busy. Also, do you know of any good ISP's which do not have a cut off limit, (NOT AOL PLEASE!!!! )

Plusnet dial-up does have a cut off, read the posts in the plusnet forum.

There is a 4 hour cutoff also, FireFly-4.

The cut-oofs are applied implicitly, not just during heavy usage.
Demon may have a no cut-off but as far as i'm aware, AOL is the only one not to apply them.

You could consider Charitydays, they say they have no cut-offs but do have a weekly fair usage on their heavy usage account of 70 hours maximum plus 42 Night Time access. Have not used them personally, but seen some good reviews. For a comparison see http://www.charitydays.co.uk/compareus_fixed.htm
Also consider ADSL if its available in your area as price are coming down.

So do you - having a go at someone without you checking your facts first? You seem to be bandwagon jumping...

2 Hour Cut-Off

Firefly has many packages available - 2 hour and 4 hour cut-offs.

The Firefly 4 and Firefly 4+ allow 4 hours d/c with different hours per month. For £19.99/month, I can reccomend FF 4+, with 250hrs per month, max daily usage of 10 hours.

Hope this helps.
