First post as SPAM, for an ISP we haven't heard of before and don't yet list on the site, is a great way to introduce yourself to this community - they'll be super appreciative :) .

But at least the link you spammed doesn't work because your domain is currently only setup to route correctly when somebody manually adds www. in front.

A few additional tips:

- I couldn't see an Ofcom approved complaints handler mentioned on your site, which is required by all ISPs.

- I couldn't quickly find the contact address for your business on the site, which is required when selling products directly to consumers.

- I couldn't tell if the package prices were inc. or ex. VAT, which is required.

- Your Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy) currently contains only one line: "The Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Website Name and how the company uses it." A bit more effort required there.

- Clicking to 'Subscribe' to a package on your website doesn't seem to work in our browser. I tried pasting the URL for the button directly to test, which seems to adopt the https://www.subbly.co platform, but it just kept endlessly trying to load.

At this point I'd normally direct ISP Reps to drop me an email (https://www.ispreview.co.uk/contact.shtml) in order to formally request rep status before posting (not spamming) on our forum. But that only applies to ISPs we list, and at present your site isn't compliant.

LOL and I thought I was the only one who did free basic QA on Mickey Mouse companies!

We are a proper company we have plenty of customers already signed up. We not spamming.

SPAM: "unsolicited or undesired electronic messages"
This is a user forum for users to discuss all their issues around ISPs not for ISPs to advertise. Since your advertisement is unsolicited and undesired it is therefore by definition SPAM.
So yes you ARE spamming by posting here about your services without reason.

PS: Plenty: "a large or sufficient amount or quantity; more than enough". So if you have "plenty" customers (ie sufficient and more than enough) why are you looking for more?

If @GrandeTelecom actually had a website that wasn't littered with mistakes it might inspire a little more confidence. Yep, you can't even publish your general enquiries email address without a typo in it. I doubt the average broadband customer is going to enjoy deciphering paragraphs of Lorum Ipsum. Your "about us" page would like it seem you're more like a gymnasium operation.
