Hi,
Some basic questions re home 4g. We are currently with Quickline using a 4g package with an antenna they installed and a router they provided. We’re in the sticks.
Quickline have proved unreliable over the last year, and appear to be having a meltdown at the moment: service constantly dropping, and no tech resolution just excuses about their wholesale supplier. (Will start another thread about that murky world!) So, plan is to go switch and go with an EE 4G router.

- Could I make use of the existing antenna with the new router?
- Where does the SIM sit in the chain: presumably the router?
- Which bit is the modem? (The current antenna plugs into a WAN socket in the router suggesting a modem upstream?
