No. it went up late April, Then had works done to the cabinets a few weeks ago, but still not live yet.

Be interesting to know what the delays are for, maybe they group them and do them and do them in batches to give better coverage?

Hope not as there is nothing else in the works for our area at all. This one is just to fill in a real horrible dead spot in coverage

once on it should totally fill this spot

They put our mast on the highest point in the village and it stretches over to harden (next village) where the mast there is 3G only unfortunately

thought i'd message three to see if they can shed any light (more for a bit of entertainment too for myself):

There's currently some dispruption in the area but the good news is, it's because we're upgrading our network to bring you improved speeds and coverage, as part of The Big Network Build. This will be finished by 11-Jun-2021. In the meantime, you can stay up to date using our Network Status Checker

Ive been assured these problems will be fixed today by three live chat. What that means though is anyones guess

Three have told me they cant give me any time frames for the new mast go live, even their "field networks" team don't know whats going on and they cant see any projected plans in the area for anything.
On the plus side is what they have said is that I can cancel my contract free of charge and keep the B535 router. Considering my 6 months half price offer is about to end I've definitely got some thinking to do here as it jumps up to £22 per month which is more than I pay for my FTTC connection and the speeds are usually considerable worse at the times I need it.
Do I change provider or do I wait it out? Then again I could go to smarty and get the same package for less money and still take advantage of the new mast or switch to one of the big boys like vodafone/o2/EE.

Seems like you answered yourself there. :)
Go Smarty, keep the router..

Are smarty CGNAT only? I can't remember.
Not that it makes much difference as I probably wont host stuff on this connection anyway.
Looking at other providers (mainly vodafone based as I know I can get decent speeds from them) for the past hour or so and everything unlimited seems to be very pricey.
EE/O2 either dont offer unlimited or are silly money!

Yes, CGNAT, like all of them.. not sure you can swap APs with 3internet, probably not.

Lebara (VF) is £25/m unlimited 4G (no speed caps), worth a shot I guess.

BTW, if you do try them, here's my referral link, I might be getting some shillings if you use it to sign up @@

I have just tested and it does work. You do infact get a public IP with no CGNAT etc with 3internet via smarty.

hmm. Tempting currently using a 3 contract sim which is now £16.57 a month for unlimited data. Contract expired about 6 months ago

there is a deal for a Smarty unlimited sim at £16 a month add in the 10% discount for using multiple sims (our phones are smarty) just wondering if it’s worth the risk

3 have never had any limits and several times have taken more than 3tb in a month a bit worried Smarty may not be so accommodating

Yeah, smarty limit to 1tb or they kick you off so might not be amazing.
