Hello, Last night I ordered the AAISP L2TP service. I was wondering how on earth do I set this up on my Huawei B535? Thanks

I've just had a wee lookie there, sounds good for a tenner.

Let us know how you get on Bubbles.

Not that I'm nosey or anything.😊

I've managed to get it set up and working but it's not functioning in the way I imagined. I get NAT type C on EE by default. I bought the AAISP for a NAT Type B connection but the AAISP appears to be a Type C one as well.

Oh dear that's not so clever. :(
Hope you get it sussed soon.

Aaisp don't do Nat. It's still your router doing it.
If you can't change that, then I advise you get another router, maybe a Linux /rpi/pfsense etc and put it behind your Huawei and do your vpn & nat there.

How can it be... If I put my three sim in with 3internet i get nat type B. If i turn on AAISP, i get NAT Type C. No router changes, only turning on the L2TP tunnel.

Afaik they just route an IP via the tunnel, they don't Nat anything, so it's got to be the device..
They have good tech support, I'd get in touch with them and see what they think about it.

Call em up. They've got the best tech support in the business :)
I think Lucian is right, it's just a tunnel, nothing should be NAT'd.

I agree. Once the tunnel comes up, your AAISP assigned IP address is applied to your end of the tunnel. It's up to your router to NAT your traffic so it's sourced on that address.

I must say that NAT type B etc is a new one on me. Google only turns up references to game consoles. What does it actually mean?
