I cannot access my account from the Talktalk webpage as it tells me I have entered the wrong password. I have experienced this trouble before and it was never really resolved. The only reason I have to look at my account, is to check that my monthly payment has gone through. Nowadays, I just check my bank account.
When attempting to get an identity check, I enter my email address as asked and it tells me that I have not set up 'My Account', but when I try to do this, it tells me that I am already registered with my current email address and to log in using this address. But I cannot do that because it does not recognize my password and so we go around in circles.
