Do I have to wait until the date of my account closure as scheduled by Fast4?
Or can I set my new provider to start at the earliest oppourtunity?
I have my MAC.

Can anyone tell me where I stand as regards closing my account.
I upgraded last Nov. from dial-up to their unlimited BB package at £15-95 a month.
Like everyone else I got an email today saying my package has change.
Am I allowed to leave straight away without any penalty or do I have to give some knd of notice?

there is 30 days notice that you have to give them and there may be an £20 exit fee

i would make a ticket and see if they will let you off with them chargers tho as you are basicly rejecting the new t&c

Thanks for that Smithy

I have raised a ticket with them.
Also tried to cancel on their site.
It came up as a £20 early exit fee and a £220-58p charge for 355 days!!!!!!!!!!!!

I see on the other thred that Paul the Fast4 rep says that this has now been altered.
I`m going to check now.

Yes requested a MAC and have ALREADY received it via email and also receipt for final payment of £11-30 and third email containing details of account closure.

Can`t fault them for quick service like that, makes you wonder why they`re letting it all fall apart!
