Saw this posted on another forum, guess their customers are already aware about this. Apparently there were complaints about speeds on the Mistral based service.
If they'd waited till July they could have moved them for free.

Subject - ADSL service update
We have today begun the bulk migration process over to a new wholesale provider. All ADSL customers should have received an email this afternoon outlining the process. We anticipate little disruption to users, and further updates will appear here over the next few days.
