Good news for pixel owners though :

Cellebrite cannot, for example, brute force a Google Pixel 6, 7, or 8 that has been turned off to get the users’ data, according to the document.

Two observations:
1) I would hope iphones are more secure considering what they charge for them.
2) Considering how easily stolen they are, who in their right mind puts anything security sensitive on their mobile phone?

Phones are often the only device that people use to do stuff, you don't really need a desktop quite a lot of the time now.

Mine stores my 2FA codes (granted Pixels have security chips inside iirc?) and I can't do anything to change it because Twilio killed the desktop app for Authy

Again, nobody with two brain cells to rub together uses a mobile phone for anything security sensitive.

Not only do they only support Android for three years, (which with what a phone costs is a disgrace), but every time you turn the thing on it wants to update two dozen apps. Usually, the same damned apps over and over again. That was the reason admins ended up refusing to put Shockwave and Flash anywhere near their servers. If they have keep updating it every five minutes it’s obviously inherently insecure. Comon sense!

What non physical aspects (aka virtual) of your life do you not keep on your phone?
