Another customer saying wow

I have to echo the sentiment of other users. Superb ordering, set up and (so far) broadband experience. The installation disc and instructions for setting up are superb. The speed is fantastic. Only gripe is the website timed out the first time I tried to place an order and had to repeat it which is a fairly long process.

All in all so far I'm impressed.

Does anyone know what bandwidth usage they will likely tolerate and whether they will be more lenient for off peak usage? I'm using BBC I-Player a lot recently so likely to be using about a GB a day.

We have a customer who moved from ourselves to Be (i.e. O2/Be brand) who downloads about 15-20 gig per day, and I know the chap quite well, and we laugh quite regularly at what he would be paying us for 500gig plus a month (at any time of the day).

They haven't spat the dummy out of the pram yet. I also know someone else who supplies half a student halls from a single Be connection and they shift 1.5 to 2Tb per month. Again, Be haven't thrown the teddy out, so I guess in your shoes, I really wouldn't worry.
