Anybody know much about eezeDSL ISP?

As you may or may not know Fast24 has stopped providing services.

And from today an ISP eezeDSL has offered to transfer their customers to their service for free. Now i have read all the terms and conditions but CANNOT see anything about CAPPING or DOWNLOAD limits or PORT throttling.

They are offering a 2Mbs connection for £20 a month, plus FREE UPGRADE to ADSLMax so I have joined this service.

I'm just hoping that they have no capping or download limit in place, however if they do then I believe I can cancel this service within 7 days.

Please let me know if you have any more info about this company.

Thanks in Advance

:)

Thanks for your opinions guys (plus that of www.dslzoneuk.net) and they don't look good. In fact from the comments its looks like another Fast24.net! Reasonable speed but poor customer service!

But I prefer to give companies the benefit of my doubt, so I'll just see what type of speeds I get over the next seven days and if thats OK then I might just stick with them as I wasn't really botherd about the customer service (or lack of it!) with Fast24.Net Plus NO downtime! :)

If you've joined up I'm afraid you are tied to a twelve month contract, companys that provide a service that starts immediately can opt-out of the distance selling regulations 7 day cooling off period.

Read the ezee contract:-

In any 7 day period under this paragraph, you lose the right to cancel if the Service is used or otherwise performed within the 7 day period.

Sorry

I don't think there is any room for doubt for a company to benefit from if you are not even offered the option of an immediate cease.
