Anyone else not able to redeem points?

Hi

I have been trying with NO success! To redeem the 1,900 points AOL tell me I have in the Reward thing they run. I have several problems..at first the web page refused to believe I even had any reward points!
But more annoyingly, everytime I try to redeem my points NOTHING HAPPENS! When you do complain all you get is a standard pc generated reply thats complete bollocks.

Is anyone else suffering this? Its really annoying and I feel symptomatic of how AOL has really gone down the tubes lately. ( I have been an AOL user since they took over Compuserve... so a long time user. Now? As soon as this contract expires I am OFF!

I've not heard about their reward system, what is it for? Otherwise the best you can do is to keep trying to contact them, ideally by phone. In the meantime feel free to post a review of their service and let others know:

It seems that AOL has been running this rewards scheme for a while. However, they are now closing it down at the start of August and any un redeemed points are then lost. So, if you can't make the web site work you will just have to sit and watch your points become worthless! It beggars belief that an internet provider cannot set up a web page that actually works!
