Anyone have VM DIA ?

Nearly 6 months after they've fitted a GFast pod on my cabinet, there's still no option to buy it.
Our business internet (currently vodafone) contract is expiring next month and I am now tempted by VM DIA lite.

Has anyone used this service? Is it delivered via fibre optic or is it on the DOCSIS network?

They've quoted me no install charge which makes me wonder if it is or not. I'd rather not ask them directly as they tend to pester me relentlessly for having made enquiries. So does anyone have any experience with this product?

At least until recently, DIA is a full leased line service and uses their non-coax network.

I doubt this has changed given the nature of the service. They are being very aggressive on leased lines currently so no install charge does not sound too unexpected.
