How much data do you use per month? I keep reading in places that ee will reduce the speed hit 600gb... that is my worry, and what if scancom shuts down?Quite a few of us are using them. I've had mine for about three months, no issues at all.
Every go above 600gb limit?Yes 100s of gigabytes a month.
Yes still connectedEvery go above 600gb limit?
Had mine since round August last year and still working fine, gone over 600GB about 4 times, once used 1.7tb, speeds are slowed but very usable still.Yes still connected

Untill recently (approx late last year) the EE UL Data Plans always had either a 1000gb or 600gb FUP but it was never Enforced, now all new UL EE Plans (via Direct from EE) have an Enforced 600Gb FUP, when this is hit EE Swirch Off the 5G Connection but reverts to Unlimited Data use on 4G and 4G+ Speeds untill your next Monthly Refresh Date. 4G / 4G+ Speeds still tend to be relatively good on the EE Network. How much data do you use per month? I get 350mbps on ee 4g...Untill recently (approx late last year) the EE UL Data Plans always had either a 1000gb or 600gb FUP but it was never Enforced, now all new UL EE Plans (via Direct from EE) have an Enforced 600Gb FUP, when this is hit EE Swirch Off the 5G Connection but reverts to Unlimited Data use on 4G and 4G+ Speeds untill your next Monthly Refresh Date. 4G / 4G+ Speeds still tend to be relatively good on the EE Network.
I cannot vouch for other EE MVNO's or EE Resellers but I'm guessing this FUP Speed reduction rule is going to trickle down to them over time, if it hasn't already done so.
Nice, best I've had on EE 4G was around a regular 430 DL and 150 Up, that was around 4 years ago pre 5G times using a Sony XZ Premium, now the Site has been updated to 5G, think the best I get now is around 370 DL on 5G and around 270 on 4G.I get 350mbps on ee 4g...
Yeah, it's really great. It's a solid download speed and the upload i get around 150mbps too. I would invest in a scancom, but hte 600gb limit is worrying.Nice, best I've had on EE 4G was around a regular 430 DL and 150 Up, that was around 4 years ago pre 5G times using a Sony XZ Premium, now the Site has been updated to 5G, think the best I get now is around 370 DL on 5G and around 270 on 4G.![]()
Its not a specific value, 5G access is apparently lost, but I'm not in a 5G area so i cannot test that. Priority is simply reduced so if it gets busy, you will be slowed to a higher degree than others, at off peak times speeds are the sameWhat are they slowed to?
There are a few Members on the EE Forum who are reporting a 4G 100mbs Cap after the 5G FUP falls off, and a couple have reported 25mbs, but as of yet I'm still not convinced it's specific value. Its not a specific value, 5G access is apparently lost, but I'm not in a 5G area so i cannot test tha Octt. Its definitely not 25 as i can go over that, but i don't get 100 on EE at any time so i cannot test that claimThere are a few Members on the EE Forum who are reporting a 4G 100mbs Cap after the 5G FUP falls off, and a couple have reported 25mbs, but as of yet I'm still not convinced it's specific value.
Mine also renews on the 23rd of each month. My Scancomm sim (maybe all of ours!?) gets renewed on the 23rd of each month so I may put the above to the test nearer the time.
My gut feeling was they would all be on the same date. I'm sure I've seen others reference the 23rd as well.Mine also renews on the 23rd of each month.
Yeah, the whole batch. My gut feeling was they would all be on the same date. I'm sure I've seen others reference the 23rd as well.
