Been checking with Wanadoo again and again, their Tech/Customer Support seems to either not be aware of the problem.
When i tried the problomatical dailin number it seems to not connect however today i attached a phone to the line (borrowed from the waste\equipment cupboard at work, this one has a monitor function button. When attempting to dail in to the Wanadoo number it attempts to connect does not then some female voice comes over saying Fault Try Later or something similar type message) this is on most of the numbers programmed into the Wanadoo connection kit. However when contacting Wanadoo they are unaware of the fault. It seems that if you dont connect in to the wanadoo servers, the faults not recorded on the Wanadoo system.
I've contacted Wanadoo to let them know will have to wait and see what they say about the situation
Its getting to a point now were im actually looking at switching ISPs
