Does this give you problems when you play?

That doesn't sound like your connection m8 it's more like your graphics card and or RAM.

When your in fire fights your FPS (Frames Per Second) drops dramatically and if your graphics card is low specs this will cause your game ot freeze and jerk.

i just dont get how it was working fine that all of a sudden it wasnt.

i do have 1gb corsair ddr ram, quite fast aswell i think.

my graphics card has been updated reciently aswell to a nice high spec geforce which didnt have the problems until a few weeks ago.

any ideas of test to check if ram is up to scratch?

Try reducing the graphic detail, and sometimes believe it or not but if you have a high spec card you should try increasing it, as this might also sort your problem.

Out of curiosity what is your graphics card? are you able to test your FPS in the game?
