Aquiss, Xilo or Vivaciti

im currently with Be, sad face, so need someone new. currently looking at the abouve 3. Xilo looks v techy and i greatly like the detail they give on their website, bodes well but....... no phone service which id rather was integrated. Aquiss seems allright, not terribly techy looking on their site but rang them today and was very impressed with the how knowledgeable the chap i spoke with was. (Martin) so thats really done them a world of positive influence. also been suggested vivaciti which again seems not too techy on their site and some reviews for it seem poor. they do seem mostly older and TT LLU based issues though.

so can peeps help me pick between the 3? i cant get FTTC and cant get more than 8mbit on a 24mbit adsl2+ line. (am pretty far from exchange) so anyone comment on the differences between them and any experiences. im really having trouble picknig what to do.

I suspect you'd be fine with either Aquiss or XILO, though the latter seems to be better rated but it may not have the full service (phone) you're looking for.

Well, when it was announced that o2 was being sold to Sky I decided to change ISPs.

I choose Aquiss and I'm very pleased I did, I have a good stable connection and a stable ping in online games. I have no complaints at all.

ld highly recommend Aquiss, lve only had one or two issues with them but nothing major and ld never needed to phone them as their support ticket system was so good, l never waited more than a day for a reply and l always got one.

and the payment system was pretty flexible. the only issue that let them down was their fttc limits which was why l moved to an ISP that suited my usage, was a shame really but if things change l will likely move back eventually.

guess lm pretty lucky in that respect.. they moved the date back a few times, hell when l ordered half the town was still waiting for its activation but my order went through and 3 weeks later l was turned on (the only reason it took so long was because of an annoyance with BT and its line blocks with certain packages attached to the line) had virtually no downtime switching, maybe an hour or less.
