I don't understand either, but i've emailed complaints, just to see what they say, but each time i've asked for an update on Twitter i get the same excuse each time. Here the last reply i got@AshOnFire1989 and you have duct to your door from that can, so I don’t understand why you cannot order?
I ended up rodding my duct back to underground BT chamber and left a draw string there, the install team then just had to pull a micro duct through and blow the fibre down the drop, that’s all they will do to get the service to your house/toby box.
