Attention all V21 customers

Just to let you know i am avaliable to answer all questions about your services. I am using my own time for this so i may not be able to do to much.

all people that have been billed more than once this is due to an error with v21 biscit are refunding customers but due to lack off staff and extreme call volume they are unable to help everyone currently, but please rest assured this will be done.

Mac codes are a big problem, again please be patient. Biscit can transfer you to thier network where you will not be recieving the poor services as with V21, they have made a special 2meg unlimited service avaliable to V21 customers only. It is my understaning that mac codes will not be able to be realeased within the next 30 days, so this is a good option.

Please try not to tar biscit with the same brush as V21, although there has admittidley been a poor start to your services.

Finally any fast four customers who have not been able to log on, alll you have to do is reset your original settings, if you can't remember the number biscit can provide it to you and have increased staff, so more calls will be ansered as of tomorrow. I hope i have been of help to you.

im just a regular joe willing to help as have information that could bve helpful, its up to you if you want to take it or leave it. After all Hugh patterson cant reply to everyone.

Well, ICH's English may be dodgy but it makes a change from the usual b*ll*cks. Trouble is, it's unattributable so its only real value is for entertainment.

Total Rubbish. I have been with V21 for 2 and half years and had a good service. Until Biscit took-over, had the worst few weeks. Biscit should take full responsibility for their poor service they have provided for the V21 Customers.

BTW ICH...it is Hugh Paterson...one 't' not two. I would have thought any employee of Biscit would have known how to spell their CEO's name.
But just for shits and giggles I'll play along..can you please answer the following...

Why have T&C's that reportedly DO NOT APPLY TO EXISTING V21 CUSTOMERS been posted on the V21 website?

Moreover as the T&C's currently posted on the V21 website don't apply to us, can you please tell me where on the V21 website we may find T&C's that DO apply to us?

I'm definately NOT going to sign up to the 2meg unlimited special offer for v21 users as that woul dput me on Biscits terms and conditions so woul dthen be liable for the £75 cancellation fee should I want to leave at any time.

I CAN HELP,
I just want a MAC code, so if you can help then please do and for the record v21 terms and conditions say 5 days for it.

It would appear from this letter:- http://www.v21.co.uk/letters/v21_terms_updated.asp that a £70 termination fee only applies if you leave before the end of the minimum contract - which will apparently be twelve or eighteen months depending on which new Biscit package you choose. Although there is still an additional £35 mac fee.

However if this is the case, then in my opinion the Biscit T&C's are badly drafted and they need to change them to make this clear. And I note that I seem to be one of many that have interpreted them to mean that the fee is payable on termination no matter how long you remain a Biscit customer, so they probably loose business because of them.

You must be in the minority. The service I have had the past 4+ years has been absolutely cr@p. The current service is no worse than what I got from v21, at least I can get online at the weekend.

It is my understaning that mac codes will not be able to be realeased within the next 30 days.

I was told Friday by Yvonne, that my MAC code request would be made on the same day and to expect the MAC code within a couple of days via email

Where do you get this information from?

If you were really a Biscit staff member, why haven't you used a username that we can relate to and know. Imposter!

caretaker,

I've been waiting fo rmy MAC code for a week now, sent a couple of emails asking when they will send it to me and guess what? Yep no reply!!

Biscit/v21 mac codes

I had an email and it said that Biscit have currently got problems getting the MAC codes from v21's 3rd party servers. (As v21 contracted out)
Also that They have confirmed to me that i will not be charged any termination or MAC fee's (see my thread " Promise of no charge")
Hope that this helps some of your problems

So its concluded then, "i can help" is a troll

the question is, who?

probably some random person poking fun at v21 users

troll rating 5/10
