Hi
After the recent data breach with WD My Cloud, and not being able to access my files on the cloud, I have decided to have a go at making my own NAS. I read that I can do this by adding a usb drive to the B525 router and turning on samba. As a test, I have put a thumb drive in the usb, turned Samba on, and created an account with password. Problem is, is that I cannot see how to access this drive on my mac (using Finder/Server connect) nor can I see the drive by using the router’s interface. Could anyone help with the mistakes I’m obviously making.
Thanks
