I notice their products are all 12 month contracts now - they used to be 3 months, then rolling 1-month.

I'm ashamed to be a customer of thiers, the new branding is atrocious, personally I think the designer should have that "Branded" on his forehead :/

Wow - they've stuck with it - when I started this thread 6 months ago I thoughts they'd quickly see sense. Obviously not!
