Don't know anything about EzeeDSL. Any good?
Does anyone have any recommendations for an ISP to replace Biscit?
Are there any affordable half-decent companies out there?
I've been wondering what the Vodaphone package suggested for early next year might be like, with line rental included.
Best place to find out if Sleezey DSL are any good is to ask in the
E7even forum here their ex-customers were the first to suffer the Sleezey experience, so they should provide the most accurate information.
Personally I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole, mind you I wouldn't have touched V21's ADSL offerings in a million years either.
You really need to decide what you want and how much money you are prepared to spend. But here's a few suggestions:-
If you want cheap, reliable, low cost and unlimited and will settle for 1mbps you won't beat
AOL's £14.99 broadband silver offer at the moment with a free month + wireless router and you can even get a £29.95 cashback from quidco if you join quidco and sign-up using their link rather than the one above.
If you want quality and are prepared to pay for it try
www.zen.co.uk . Idnet appear to be well regarded too.
If you want a genuine short contract with free activation one of the following three might suit (do check the T&C's etc in case my info is out of date)
===
http://freeola.com/ Entanet reseller 3 month contract.
www.freedom2surf.com - can't acces the terms and conditions to check if I'm right without signing-up :hrmph: which to be honest would put me right off, but I believe it used to be a 3 or 6 month contract but you have to pay a fee if you want a mac unless you've been with them longer than a year.
http://www.ace-internet.co.uk/adsl/ I think this was also a 3 month contract without a termination fee but you'd have to check
===
http://www.ukfsn.org/adsl/maxallowance.html Entanet reseller monthly contract. Pay your own activation fee and you seem to be free to leave as and when you want without any hassle or MAC fees or termination fees.
http://broadband.sky.com/ Pretty good value for sky customers especially if you can get a cheap LLU package - checker here
http://check.skybroadband.com/
www.bt.com/broadband I think BT is a safe option and there's a quidco discount available on BT too. (And an even better rpoints offer if you were migrating)
www.madasafish.com/cheaper seems quite popular
www.eclipse.net.uk I'm not too sure about Eclipse anymore since they started using Tiscali as a wholesale provider (they seemed to have an excellent reputation in the past). They are pretty cheap though, but I suspect you probably get what you pay for. You can get a cashback if you sign up via rpoints.
