Blacklisted from emailing demon.co.uk

Hi

I am hoping someone can help with this! Our businesss email address info@xsp.co.uk is no longer sending to any demon.co.uk email accounts. It returns saying "Rejected by content scanner (CMAE).". This doesnt make sense as I have run a blacklist test online and it says the domain is not on any major blacklists and even when we send a completely blank email it still says there is spam content! Demon clearly has us on a list somewhere that we need to be removed from. I have tried a couple of avenues to contact Demon but as I am not a customer they wont even speak to me! We need to know why we are being blacklisted so we can resolve this! Our website host says their server is not blacklisted and to contact the ISPs who are blocking the email address. Other similar responses we get when we email tesco.net and doctors.org.uk. Maybe they alll use a common blacklist or something?

Can anyone help or advise please!?

The error message you are receiving indicates your mail is being rejected based on its content, not because you are on a blacklist. A blank email would trigger this type of filter, so that isn't a valid test. Send an email reporting false positives to ham@mailreport.co.uk with the bounced message as an attachment.

"The messages that you report must be in RFC822 format as MIME attachments. This preserves the email header information that the CMAE feedback system requires."

Hi thanks for this. Can you provide a little more information on this process? Who are mailreport.co.uk and how can I remove this problem as it is affecting the client's business? How can it be rejected for content when there is none visible?!

Is the following in a text file attachment enough and can you see anything from it?

Code:
Reporting-MTA: dns; mx1.gzo.com

Does anyone know if they ever reply? I sent an email as directed on their website almost 3 weeks ago and no reply. The issue also has not been resolved emails sent to this address are still bouncing back. Getting to the hair pulling stage! This cant be so complicated there doesnt seem to be any transparency of process at all!

I've noticed that most email addresses setup to handle abuse reports by ISPs rarely get a response, although the problem may still be fixed but you won't always be told when/if it is.

Might I suggest trying to tweet their Twitter Support as well:
